UPWARD MOVERS:
NACCO Industries, Inc. (NYSE: NC) +$14.07; Reports Q4 EPS of $8.48 compared with net income for the fourth quarter of 2005 of $3.94 per diluted share. Revenues for the fourth quarter of 2006 were $978.6 million compared with revenues of $906.8 million for the fourth quarter of 2005.

Valhi, Inc. (NYSE: VHI) +$8.88; Announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of ten cents ($0.10) per share on its common stock, payable on March 30, 2007. Also, Valhi's board of directors, has declared a special dividend to its stockholders to be paid in the form of shares of TIMET common stock owned by Valhi.

Hyperion Solutions (Nasdaq: HYSL) +$8.70; Oracle (Nasdaq: ORCL) agreed to buy Hyperion Solutions for $52.00 per share, or approximately $3.3 billion.

Longs Drug (NYSE: LDG) +$3.82; Reports Q4 EPS of $0.71, vs the consensus of $0.73. Revenues were $1.34 billion vs. $1.34 billion consensus. Longs' goal is to achieve net income from continuing operations of $2.40 to $2.50 per diluted share in Fiscal 2008.

DealerTrack (Nasdaq: TRAK) +$3.44; Reports Q4 EPS of $0.23, 4 cents better than estimates.(0.19) Revenues were $45.7 million vs. $43.24 million consensus.


DOWNWARD MOVERS:
Sears Holdings (Nasdaq: SHLD) -$4.55; Reports Q4 adjusted EPS of $5.36, 18 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $16.3 billion vs. $15.97 billion consensus. Q4 domestic Same-Store Sales fell 3.11,

NCI Building Systems (NYSE: NCS) -$5.82; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.52, versus the consensus of $0.54. Revenues were $359.3 million vs. $351.42 million consensus. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.50-$0.55 vs. $0.89.

Google Inc. (GOOG) -$4.31; Stock seeing pressure as NASDAQ falls today. GOOG has lost 30 points over the past 5 trading sessions.

CIENA Corp. (Nasdaq: CIEN) -$2.51; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.22, ex-items, 1 cent worse than estimates. Revenue came in at $165.1 million versus the consensus of $164.1 million. Sees 5%-10% sequential revenue growth for Q2, versus the consensus of $171.93 million.

Laboratory Corporation of America (NYSE: LH) -$8.38; Announced that it will no longer be a contracted laboratory provider for Aetna Inc. (NYSE: AET), effective July 1, 2007. LabCorp estimates that its 2007 earnings per share will be reduced by $0.04 to $0.12 primarily as a result of this contract termination. Piper Jaffray downgrades LH to Market Perform.
