OGE Energy (NYSE: OGE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4025 per share, or $1.61 annualized. This is a 3.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3875.

The dividend will be payable on October 30, 2020, to stockholders of record on October 13, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of October 9, 2020.
