Lockheed Martin (LMT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.3% to $2.60; Raises Buyback by $1.3B

Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) declared a quarterly dividend of $2.60 per share, or $10.4 annualized. This is an 8.3% increase from the prior dividend of $2.40. The dividend will be payable on December 24, 2020, to stockholders of record on December 1, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of November 30, 2020. The annual yield on the dividend is 2.7 percent.
Additionally, the corporation's board has authorized the purchase of up to an additional $1.3 billion of Lockheed Martin common stock under its share repurchase program. With this increase, total authorization for future repurchases under the share repurchase program is approximately $3 billion.
