New Residential Investment (NRZ) Raises Quarterly Dividend 50% to $0.15; 8% Yield

New Residential Investment (NYSE: NRZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 50% increase from the prior dividend of $0.10.

The dividend will be payable on October 30, 2020, to stockholders of record on October 5, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of October 2, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8 percent.
