JPMorgan analyst John Ivankoe upgraded Dunkin' Brands (NASDAQ: DNKN) from Neutral to Overweight with a price target of $76.00 (from $72.00).
The analyst comments "June SSS for open DD US stores improved to -9% after the -32% low for the month of April. July has seen further improvement with SSS down low single digits QTD through the 25th. Approximately 96% of DNKN US stores are now open, and an even higher percentage of traditionally located units. Importantly, franchise economics have broadly stabilized and is reflective of a business not only poised for survival but to re-engage near term investments and growth opportunities."
