Hershey Foods (NYSE: HSY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.804 per share, or $3.216 annualized. This is a 4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.773.

The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2020, to stockholders of record on August 21, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of August 20, 2020.
