Worthington Industries (NYSE: WOR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 4.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.24.

The dividend will be payable on September 29, 2020, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of September 14, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
