Annaly Capital Management (NYSE: NLY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized. This is a 12% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.25.

The dividend will be payable on July 31, 2020, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 13 percent.
