Occidental Petroleum (NYSE: OXY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.01 per share, or $0.04 annualized. This is a 90.9% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.11. Prior to that, the dividend was $0.79 per share.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2020, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of June 12, 2020.
