Halliburton (NYSE: HAL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.045 per share, or $0.18 annualized. This is a 75% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on June 24, 2020, to stockholders of record on June 3, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of June 2, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
