MGE Energy (NASDAQ: MGEE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3525 per share, or $1.41 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2020, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of May 29, 2020.
