CDK Global (CDK) Tops Q3 EPS by 6c, Updates FY20 Guidance

CDK Global (NASDAQ: CDK) reported Q3 EPS of $0.92, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.86. Revenue for the quarter came in at $516.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $501.68 million.

GUIDANCE:

CDK Global sees FY2020 EPS of $2.85-$3.20, versus the consensus of $3.14. CDK Global sees FY2020 revenue of $1.915-1.965 billion, versus the consensus of $1.94 billion.
