BGC Partners (NASDAQ: BGCP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.01 per share, or $0.04 annualized. This is a 92.9% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.14.
The dividend will be payable on June 8, 2020, to stockholders of record on May 22, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of May 21, 2020.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
