ExxonMobil (NYSE: XOM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.87 per share, or $3.48 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 10, 2020, to stockholders of record on May 13, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of May 12, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.3 percent.

• This second quarter dividend is at the same level as the dividend paid in the first quarter of 2020.
