Huntington Ingalls Industries (NYSE: HII) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.03 per share, or $4.12 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 12, 2020, to stockholders of record on May 29, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of May 28, 2020.
