Global Partners (NYSE: GLP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39375 per share, or $1.575 annualized. This is a 25% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.5250.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2020, to stockholders of record on May 11, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of May 8, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 14.3 percent.
