Watsco (WSO) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10.9% to $1.775; 4.5% Yield

Watsco (NYSE: WSO) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.775 per share, or $7.1 annualized. This is a 10.9% increase from the prior dividend of $1.60.

The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2020, to stockholders of record on April 15, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of April 14, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.5 percent.
