World Fuel Services (INT) Declares $0.10 Quarterly Dividend; Approves $200M Buyback

World Fuel Services (NYSE: INT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 9, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 27, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 26, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.

World Fuel Services Corporation (NYSE: INT) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a new share repurchase program, authorizing the purchase of $200 million in common stock. This repurchase program will begin upon completion of the previously announced May 2019 share repurchase authorization.
