Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per share, or $1.16 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 30, 2020.
