AMC Entertainment (AMC) Declares $0.03 Quarterly Dividend; $200M Buyback

AMC Entertainment (NYSE: AMC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share, or $0.12 annualized. The dividend will be payable on March 23, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 9, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 6, 2020. The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.

Concurrent with the decision to increase the proportion of capital allocated to share buybacks, the Board has authorized up to $200 million of Class A common stock repurchases over the next three years.
