Cogent Communication (NASDAQ: CCOI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.66 per share, or $2.64 annualized. This is a 3.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.64.

The dividend will be payable on March 27, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 13, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 12, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
