Valmont Industries (VMI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.45; 1.5% Yield

Valmont Industries (NYSE: VMI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, or $1.8 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.375.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 27, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 26, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
