Eaton (NYSE: ETN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.73 per share, or $2.92 annualized. This is a 2.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.71.

The dividend will be payable on March 27, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 13, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 12, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
