Linde (NYSE: LIN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.963 per share, or $3.852 annualized. This is a 10.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.875.

The dividend will be payable on March 20, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 6, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 5, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
