Evans Bancorp (NYSE: EVBN) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.58 per share, or $1.16 annualized. This is an 11.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.52.

The dividend will be payable on April 2, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 12, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 11, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
