Amerisafe (AMSF) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8% to $0.27; 1.5% Yield

Amerisafe (NASDAQ: AMSF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized. This is an 8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.

The dividend will be payable on March 27, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 13, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 12, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
