Banc of California (BANC) Declares $0.06 Quarterly Dividend; Approves $45M Buyback

Banc of California (NYSE: BANC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 16, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 13, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.

The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $45 million of the Company’s common stock.
