Meridian Bioscience (NASDAQ: VIVO) reported Q1 EPS of $0.10, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $47.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $48.7 million.

GUIDANCE:

Meridian Bioscience sees FY2020 EPS of $0.28-$0.34, versus the consensus of $0.30.

• Consolidated Revenues – Flat to down 3%-Consolidated Adjusted Operating Margin – 9% to 10%-Consolidated Adjusted Earnings Per Share on a Diluted Basis – $0.28 to $0.34
