3M Co. (NYSE: MMM) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.47 per share, or $5.88 annualized. This is a 2.1% increase from the prior dividend of $1.44.

The dividend will be payable on March 12, 2020, to stockholders of record on February 14, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of February 13, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
