Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.66 per share, or $2.64 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 14, 2020, to stockholders of record on January 27, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of January 24, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.9 percent.
