Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO) declared a special dividend of $1.95 per share.
The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2020, to stockholders of record on December 30, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of December 27, 2019.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
