CubeSmart (CUBE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.1% to $0.33; 4.4% Yield

CubeSmart (NYSE: CUBE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share, or $1.32 annualized. This is a 3.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.32.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2020, to stockholders of record on January 2, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of December 31, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
