Medalist Diversified REIT (NASDAQ: MDRR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share, or $0.5 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 10, 2020, to stockholders of record on February 11, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of February 10, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 12.8 percent.
