Raymond James analyst Matthew McClintock resumes coverage on Advance Auto Parts (NYSE: AAP) with a Market Perform rating.

The analyst comments "There are already clear winners and losers, with the winners on the cusp of a major windfall. Amazon’s ability to go after this windfall is limited by the need for changing consumer behavior, which implies traditional retail winners should get the bulk of it. Investors should focus on traffic as the single most important metric in retail today, as it indicates whether or not a particular retail business model is relevant to the consumer today."
