Norfolk Southern (NYSE: NSC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.94 per share, or $3.76 annualized. This is a 9.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.86.

The dividend will be payable on September 10, 2019, to stockholders of record on August 5, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of August 2, 2019.
