Ascena Retail Group (NASDAQ: ASNA) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.26), $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.37). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.27 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.43 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Ascena Retail Group sees Q4 2019 revenue of $1.175-1.215 billion vs $1.66 billion expected.

• Comparable sales of down 5% to down 3%;
• - Gross margin rate of 55.0% to 55.5%;
• - Depreciation and amortization of approximately $64 million; and
• - Operating loss of $(15) million to operating income of $5 million
