Mimecast Limited (MIME) Misses Q4 EPS by 1c, Offer Q1 Guidance

Mimecast Limited (NASDAQ: MIME) reported Q4 EPS of $0.07, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $92.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $91.32 million.

GUIDANCE:

Mimecast Limited sees Q1 2020 revenue of $96.7-97.7 million, versus the consensus of $96.95 million.

• first quarter of 2020, revenue is expected to be in the range of $96.7 million to $97.7 million and constant currency revenue growth is expected to be in the range of 28% to 29%. Our guidance is based on exchange rates as of April 30, 2019 and includes an estimated negative impact of $3.6 million resulting from the strengthening of the U.S. dollar compared to the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA for the first quarter is expected to be in the range of $12.1 million to $13.1 million.
