Republic Airways Holdings (RJET) Reports January Passenger Traffic

Republic Airways Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: RJET) reported preliminary passenger traffic results for January 2007. The company generated 529.3 million revenue passenger miles (RPMs), a 25.1% increase over the same month last year, while available seat miles (ASMs) increased to 828.6 million, a 25.8% increase. Block hours were 50,649 in January 2007, a 24.9% increase over January 2006. Load factor was 63.9% versus 64.2% in January 2006. A total of 1,010,288 passengers were carried during the month, a 36.2% increase over the same month last year.
