Hawthorn Bancshares (HWBK) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.12; Approves Special Dividend

Hawthorn Bancshares (NASDAQ: HWBK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.10.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2019, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.

• The Board also approved a special stock dividend of 4% payable July 1, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2019.
