Occidental Petroleum (NYSE: OXY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.78 per share, or $3.12 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2019, to stockholders of record on June 10, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of June 7, 2019.
