Rent-A-Center (RCII) PT Raised to $24 at Loop Capital

Loop Capital analyst Anthony Chukumba raised the price target on Rent-A-Center (NASDAQ: RCII) to $24.00 (from $21.00) while maintaining a Hold rating.

The analyst commented, "Rent-A-Center's recent string of strong results continued in 1Q 2019, including revenues, profitability, and earnings that exceeded our expectations. In addition, the company's free cash flow and balance sheet have strengthened. All that said, we question the long-term sustainability of Rent-A-Center's turnaround, particularly given the fact Acceptance Now continues to struggle to attract new third-party retail partners."
