Preferred Apartment Communities (NYSE: APTS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2625 per share, or $1.05 annualized. This is a 1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2600.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2019, to stockholders of record on June 14, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.7 percent.
