Caterpillar (CAT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 19.8% to $1.03; 3% Yield

Caterpillar (NYSE: CAT) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.03 per share, or $4.12 annualized. This is a 19.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.86.

The dividend will be payable on August 20, 2019, to stockholders of record on July 22, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of July 19, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
