Cogent Communication (NASDAQ: CCOI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.60 per share, or $2.4 annualized. This is a 3.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.58.

The dividend will be payable on May 31, 2019, to stockholders of record on May 17, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of May 16, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
