Sees FY07 EPS of $2.45-$2.52 versus the consensus of $2.61. Sees FY07 revenues of $2.7-$2.74 billion versus the consensus of $2.72 billion.

Dell Inc. (NASDAQ: DELL) 4% HIGHER; announced that Michael Dell will assume the duties of Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Dell, who will retain his duties as Chairman of the Board, will replace Kevin Rollins.
Polo Ralph Lauren Corp. (NYSE: RL) 3% HIGHER; will replace Comverse Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: CMVT) in the S&P 500.
VeriSign Inc. (Nasdaq: VRSN) 3% HIGHER; reports Q4 revenues of $413 million versus the consensus of $417.1 million. Not providing EPS due to options probe. Said it did not find intentional wrongdoing by current management team.
Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. (NYSE: LEH) 2% HIGHER; Raises Dividend, 100M Share Buyback
Google Inc. (Nasdaq: GOOG) 1.5% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $3.18, versus the consensus of $2.92. Revenues ex-tac came in at $2.23 billion versus the consensus of $2.19 billion. A number of analysts raised their price targets.
Frontier Oil Corp. (NYSE: FTO) 1% HIGHER; will replace Polo Ralph Lauren in the S&P MidCap 400.
