Sierra Wireless Inc. (Nasdaq: SWIR) 9% HIGHER; Reports Q4 earnings of $0.09 per share, 1 cent better than estimates. Revenues came in at $68.3 million versus the consensus of $66.2 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.12 versus the consensus of $0.09. Sees Q1 revenues of $82 million versus the consensus of $66.9 million. Piper Jaffray upgrades to Outperform

Gilead Sciences (Nasdaq: GILD) 8% HIGHER; reports Q4 earnings of $0.78 per share, ex-items, 10 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $899.2 million versus the consensus of $851 million.

Cutera (Nasdaq: CUTR) 7% HIGHER; reports Q4 earnings of $0.50 per share, $0.55 ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.41. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.28 versus the consensus of $0.27. Sees Q1 revenues of $26 million versus the consensus of $26.1 million. Sees FY07 EPS of $1.57 versus the consensus of $1.41. Sees FY07 revenues of $126 million versus the consensus of $125.4 million.

Labor Ready Inc. (NYSE: LRW) 7% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.34, ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.31. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.14-$0.16, versus the consensus of $0.24. Sees Q1 revenues of $280-$285 million versus the consensus of $300.8 million. Sees FY07 EPS of $1.25 to $1.30, versus the consensus of $1.39. Sees FY07 Revenue of $1.34 billion to $1.36 billion, versus the consensus of $1.39 billion. The company also announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to an additional $75 million worth of Labor Ready common stock in either open market or private transactions.

Under Armour (NYSE: UA) 7% LOWER; reports Q4 earnings of $0.24 per share, 1 cent worse than estimates. Revenues came in at $135.3 million versus the consensus of $125 million. Sees FY07 revenues of $560-$580 million versus the consensus of $566.7 million.

WebEx (Nasdaq: WEBX) 6% HIGHER; reports Q4 earnings of $0.42 per share, ex-items, 4 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $101.9 million versus the consensus of $101.3 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.39-$0.41 versus the consensus of $0.38. Sees FY07 EPS of $1.60-$1.70 versus previous guidance of $1.55-$1.65 and the consensus of $1.62.

ON Semiconductor (NASDAQ: ONNN) 6% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.24 (ex-items), 7 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $401.6 million vs. $395.12 million consensus.

American Standard Companies, Inc. (NYSE: ASD) 5% HIGHER; Reports Q4 results. Announces Plan to Separate Its Three Businesses.

Tractor Supply (Nasdaq: TSCO) 5% LOWER; reports Q4 earnings of $0.72 per share, versus the consensus of $0.71. Revenues came in at $629.9 million versus the consensus of $633.9 million. Sees FY07 EPS of $2.45-$2.52 versus the consensus of $2.61. Sees FY07 revenues of $2.7-$2.74 billion versus the consensus of $2.72 billion.

Mylan Labs (NYSE: MYL) 4% HIGHER; reports Q3 earnings of $0.44 per share, ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.36. Revenues came in at $401.8 million versus the consensus of $368.7 million. Sees FY07 EPS of $1.50-$1.55 versus the consensus of $1.39.

Dell Inc. (NASDAQ: DELL) 4% HIGHER; announced that Michael Dell will assume the duties of Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Dell, who will retain his duties as Chairman of the Board, will replace Kevin Rollins.

Polo Ralph Lauren Corp. (NYSE: RL) 3% HIGHER; will replace Comverse Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: CMVT) in the S&P 500.

VeriSign Inc. (Nasdaq: VRSN) 3% HIGHER; reports Q4 revenues of $413 million versus the consensus of $417.1 million. Not providing EPS due to options probe. Said it did not find intentional wrongdoing by current management team.

Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. (NYSE: LEH) 2% HIGHER; Raises Dividend, 100M Share Buyback

Google Inc. (Nasdaq: GOOG) 1.5% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $3.18, versus the consensus of $2.92. Revenues ex-tac came in at $2.23 billion versus the consensus of $2.19 billion. A number of analysts raised their price targets.

Frontier Oil Corp. (NYSE: FTO) 1% HIGHER; will replace Polo Ralph Lauren in the S&P MidCap 400.
