PepsiCo (NASDAQ: PEP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.955 per share, or $3.82 annualized. This is a 3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.9275.
The dividend will be payable on June 28, 2019, to stockholders of record on June 7, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of June 6, 2019.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
