Proofpoint (PFPT) Tops Q1 EPS by 1c, Offers Guidance

Proofpoint (NASDAQ: PFPT) reported Q1 EPS of $0.34, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $202.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $199.32 million.

GUIDANCE:

Proofpoint sees Q2 2019 EPS of $0.34-$0.37, versus the consensus of $0.36. Proofpoint sees Q2 2019 revenue of $210-212 million, versus the consensus of $209.67 million.

Proofpoint sees FY2019 EPS of $1.43-$1.49, versus the consensus of $1.65. Proofpoint sees FY2019 revenue of $874-878 million, versus the consensus of $873.33 million.
