Cullen/Frost Bankers (NYSE: CFR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.71 per share, or $2.84 annualized. This is a 6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.67.

The dividend will be payable on June 14, 2019, to stockholders of record on May 31, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of May 30, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
