Hospitality Properties Trust (NASDAQ: HPT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.54 per share, or $2.16 annualized. This is a 1.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.53.

The dividend will be payable on May 16, 2019, to stockholders of record on April 29, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of April 26, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.2 percent.
