UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3425 per share, or $1.37 annualized. This is a 6.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3225.

The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2019, to stockholders of record on April 9, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of April 8, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
